By accessing and using the services provided by Lhumcom ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services Provided

Lhumcom is a software house providing custom web application development, system design, AI & automation integration, and technology consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or formal agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the successful delivery of our services, clients are expected to:

• Provide timely and accurate information, requirements, and feedback.
• Ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions for any assets, data, or third-party services provided to us for use in the project.
• Adhere to the payment schedules outlined in the project agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, and trade secrets, in the custom software developed specifically for the client shall transfer to the client upon full payment of all associated fees. Lhumcom retains the rights to any pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks used during development.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lhumcom, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lhumcom is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
